INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Rebrand Pilates! At Rebrand Pilates, our mission is to help our clients reform their workout and rebrand their life. We believe Pilates should be accessible, uplifting, and empowering for every body. All of our workouts are 40–50 minutes long and provide a full-body workout using the Pilates reformer.

1. STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 -  By signing up to participate in our classes, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 - If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in our classes.

1.3 -  We reserve the right to change, update, or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted to our website, and you agree to be bound by those changes. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms and Conditions refer to Rebrand Pilates LLC, its related entities, affiliates, and franchisees (as relevant).

2. MEDICAL WARNING

2.1 - Prior to undertaking any new form of exercise, you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare practitioner to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that may be appropriate for you.

2.2 - When participating in our classes, do not over exert yourself and work at your own pace. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time.

2.3 - You must notify your instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions which may impact upon your ability to perform the exercises in our classes.

2.4  Pregnancy - Standard classes are suitable up to 14 weeks of pregnancy. After this time, clients must discontinue attending regular classes.

2.5 - By undertaking any exercise program (including the use of any equipment purchased from us), you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk that that the creators, producers, instructors and distributors of our exercise programs (together with their servants and agents) will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any such exercise program or following advice contained on our website or given by our instructors


3. STUDIO ETIQUETTE & SAFETY
3.1 - Grip Socks Required: Grip socks must be worn at all times for safety and hygiene. Clients without grip socks will not be permitted to participate.

3.2 - Instructor Discretion: Clients may be refused participation or removed from class at the discretion of the instructor or staff. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 

3.3 - Conditions of Entry - We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, dangerous, or offensive manner.

3.4 -Arrive at least 5 minutes before class; reformers may be reassigned to waitlisted clients once class begins or if a cancellation occurs.

3.5 - Clients are discouraged from leaving before class ends.

3.6 - Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the studio.

3.7 - Appropriate attire must be worn at all times; offensive or unsafe clothing is not allowed.

3.8 - Mobile phones should be turned off during classes (exceptions only for emergency on-call situations).

 3.9 - The minimum age to attend classes is 14 years old. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3.10 - Participants must be 18 or older to enter giveaways, contests, or prize promotions.

4. ATTENDANCE POLICIES

4.1 - Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted and will forfeit payment.

4.2 - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are forfeited and not refundable or transferable.

4.3 - No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend sessions without notice have forfeited said session and will not obtain a refund or transferable session credit.

 

5. MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

5.1 -  Membership Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested at least 20 days before the next billing cycle. Requests made less than 20 days prior will result in one final payment.

5.2 - Class Reservations: Membership provides access to book classes but does not guarantee availability. All sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness.

5.3 -  Unused Sessions: Unused sessions in monthly memberships are forfeited and not refundable or transferable if unused before the next billing cycle. 

5.4 - Non-Transferable: Sessions may not be sold, gifted, or shared.
5.5 - Studio Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse memberships at our discretion.

5.6 - All classes must be pre-paid before attending (via casual payment, membership or voucher).

5.7 - Each membership is subject to specific terms (expiry dates, attendance limits, etc.) as listed on our website.

5.8 - Class memberships are valid only at the studio where purchased and are not transferable to other studios.

5.9 - Class sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be extended, suspended, or shared.

5.10 - Unused sessions that expire will not be refunded.

5.11 - The sale of all class memberships and single drop in sessions are final.

6. PRICES AND BOOKING 

6.1 -  Current prices and timetables are listed on our website and may change at any time.
6.2 - To sign up, you must create an account governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Website Terms of Use.

6.3 - Class sizes are limited; bookings must be made online or via app.

 

7. WAITLIST POLICY

7.1  - Full classes will have a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will be automatically booked in and notified by email.

7.2 - Clients are responsible for monitoring their email and managing waitlist bookings.

7.3 - Cancellations within 12 hours after being confirmed from the waitlist will result in forfeiture.

 

8. CLASS SCHEDULES

8.1 - Schedules may differ week to week and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

8.2 - Refunds, credits, or compensation will not be provided for class cancellations or schedule changes.

8.3 - Studio opening hours may also change at any time.

8.4 – In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, classes may be canceled or rescheduled. Refunds or credits in these cases will be at the sole discretion of Rebrand Pilates instructors and management.
 

9. PERSONAL SAFETY AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

9.1 - Participation in Pilates involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By attending, you accept all risks of injury and agree to participate at your own risk.
9.2 - Our instructors are not medical professionals. Clients should seek medical clearance if unsure about ability to exercise.

9.3 - Instructors may use tactile cueing or physical contact for correction purposes.

 

10. SECURITY AND BELONGINGS

 10.1 - Clients are responsible for their own belongings.

10.2 - We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including vehicles or contents.

10.3 - Avoid bringing valuables; use designated storage areas.

 

11. REFERRAL CREDITS AND GIFT VOUCHERS

11.1 - Referral credits may be offered from time to time and are valid toward class sessions. Credits are non-cash and non-transferable.

11.2 - Gift vouchers may be purchased or offered in promotions. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and subject to expiry dates.

11.3 - Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

 

12. MISUSE OF MEMBERSHIPS 

 12.1 - We may suspend or terminate accounts if fraud or misuse of memberships, class packs, or bookings is suspected.

 

13. PAYMENT

13.1 - Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payments.

13.2 - Failed transactions may incur additional fees charged by our payment providers, which will be passed on to the client.

13.4 - All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

 

14. MERCHANDISE, ACCESSORIES, AND CLOTHING

14.1 - All merchandise sales (including grip socks, apparel, accessories and outsourced vendor items sales) are final.

14.2 - Items purchased from Rebrand Pilates or through its vendor partners are final sale. Vendor items are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as Rebrand Pilates merchandise, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind, damage, or normal wear and tear.

15. PERSONAL INFORMATION

 15.1 - Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 - To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Rebrand Pilates LLC excludes all liability for injuries, loss, or damages arising from attendance or participation. - Nothing in this clause limits liability where reckless conduct is proven.

 

17. JURISDICTION

17.1 - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. - You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Oregon courts for any disputes.

 

 By creating an account, attending a class, purchasing a membership, purchasing merchandise or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
